Stupid me forgot to sign my renewal certificate. I uploaded the signed copy today. Does the clock reset? It was easy to upload the new document and now it's back 'Under Review'. Unless the ISP forget to print your new FOID card. Then you have to call them and wait on hold for an hour (provided you can actually get through) to find out why you didn't receive it.
