Active/Expired Supporting Team Subscriptions

I renewed my supporting team subscription 3 or 4 days ago and I still don't show as an active supporting member. I went to the subscription site for my login name and it only shows an expired membership when I first joined in 2014. I have renewed, I think, every year since then. The site doesn't show any of my other expired or current active subscriptions. Is this information supposed to show on the subscription page or is it listed somewhere else on the site? Is there a way to view this information and how long does it normally take to show as a supporting team member?
