Maxx Posted June 6, 2018 at 12:11 AM Share Posted June 6, 2018 at 12:11 AM Both the FOID statue and the ISP FAQs reference the juvenile act of 1987, (p) An adult who had been adjudicated a delinquent minor under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 for the commission of an offense that if committed by an adult would be a felony;I am 60 years old and was adjudicated a delinquent minor, but it was under the act of 1965. When filling out the FOID application it makes no mention of the 1987 act, so I would have to answer yes to the question. Has anyone run across this?
