If it makes you feel any better a few here and my wife were ACTIVE on the 30th last month - still nothing in the mail as of today. Errybody waiting and i concur on the points you make.

i'm going to guess no judging by how long folks have been in QC status before and how some folks have gone into Board Review the final day of the app process.
