mostly "coming soon". Hope they reread for typos with what is already there LOL.

Guess they can claim they are making progress. Wonder if being done inhouse or outsourced to same or different contractor as the ISPFSB site?

Only a small percentage of Illinoisans want freedom.  The majorly just want to be taken care of, by hook or by crook

“Most gun control arguments miss the point. If all control boils fundamentally to force, how can one resist aggression without equal force? How can a truly “free” state exist if the individual citizen is enslaved to the forceful will of individual or organized aggressors?

 It cannot.”

Has any group challenged the legality of this? Just looking at the site it is for Federaly licensed, which won’t reload now...I must have broke it .... sorry , how can they require someone who is federally licensed to register with them? Isn’t the state kind of subordinate to the feds? Does that violate the commerce clause for interstate transfers of a federally protected right?

If they want a license to do business, they have to do whatever the requirements are to get and keep a license.
The welfare of the people in particular has always been the alibi of tyrants, and it provides the further advantage of giving the servants of tyranny a good conscience.

A couple of groups claimed they would file suits IIRC, but I'm not aware of any who have. I could see waiting until ISP and JCAR rules/requirements/processes are more complete. Still a lot of unknowns.
