Euler Posted May 16, 2020 at 09:47 PM Share Posted May 16, 2020 at 09:47 PM ... The Joint Commission on Administrative Rules could block the emergency rules at its upcoming meeting, which is scheduled May 20. If the rules aren’t blocked, they’d be in effect for 150 days. ... JCAR is essentially Don Harmon. I wouldn't expect JCAR to do anything but rubber stamp it, but I'm willing to be surprised.

AFigmentOfYourImagination Posted May 17, 2020 at 12:30 AM Share Posted May 17, 2020 at 12:30 AM Good luck to him. He's already gone to the length of threatening to withhold federal money and litigation against a bunch of agencies that would not dance to the beat of his drum. This latest tomfoolery will only assure that more will refuse to participate in enforcing his nonsensical rules. He should probably stay in the windy city....he'll get called out regarding the betrayal of his oath if he ventures out this way.
Kaeghl Posted May 17, 2020 at 01:39 AM Share Posted May 17, 2020 at 01:39 AM Letting out murderers and rapists, to clear out room in prison for law abiding citizens....Now he put in a way to get those law abiding citizens by declaring needed normally lawful activity a crime.Does this man want a rebellion? Does he want rampant anarchy? Does he want riots in the streets and 'nights of long knives'?What is his problem? I'm going to shut up now, before I hyperbole-talk something against the posting rules.....I'm being good.....
