I tried the inspect element and if I'm reading it correctly it says "submitted" as my status. So I came across an article about this and it said there's a 148% increase in applications since last year, State police received 25,359 6/19 and 62,823 6/20 and the state police are saying its averaging 70 days. I assume FOID since we discussed the record setting application volumes back when the story was published. The ISP has 60 30 (whoops) calendar days to processs new applications by statute. There are multiple state databases that get checked as well as Federal ones and potentially manual investigation. It may be pinned, but at one point I think the procedure manual was posted to the board. Call at about 8:27 or 8:28am. By the time you get to go in the call queue it will be 8:30. I did this method and talked to someone within a minute or so. Call later than that, good luck.
