Posted October 5, 2020 at 04:34 PM Share Posted October 5, 2020 at 04:34 PM hello, I applied for my foid card back in 2016 and was denied do to a felony i didnt know i had on me back in indianapolis that they said would be a minor charge. anyway i had the charge expunged from my record november of 2019. i mailed in the appeal with a copy of my expungment signed by the judge, and i sent a fax of both to the appeals office back in march of this year and still no word from them. I assumed it would be fast with the fax. do anyone know someone i can contact on this? i see a few people say contact a molly i think but no one left a e-mail or contact on her.
