InterestedBystander Posted January 8, 2021 at 03:02 AM Share Posted January 8, 2021 at 03:02 AM Full article at link... https://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2021/01/06/maglula-counterfeits-amazon/ Alleged Maglula Counterfeits Instigate Amazon Inventory Inspection ..."A United States court has recently ruled that online retail giant Amazon.com must submit itself to an inventory inspection over claims by Maglula that Amazon has been a direct seller of Maglula counterfeits. For those who dont know, Maglula is an Israeli-based company that makes various magazine loaders for firearms that allow shooters to more easily load handgun magazines. On December 12th, a federal lawsuit was filed which claimed that Amazon was a direct seller of the Maglula Counterfeits. This lawsuit comes on the heels of another successful suit against Chinese manufacturer Hangzhou Goodtools Co Ltd for making unauthorized copies of its UpLULA universal pistol magazine loader. The Amazon counterfeit was apparently sold by Amazon, arrived in Amazon packaging, and was then subsequently returned to a third-party liquidation center and listed for resale. Maglula claims that they have repeatedly warned Amazon about the counterfeit magazine loaders. According to The Counterfeit Report, the best way to be refunded your money if you receive a counterfeit Maglula product is to hold onto the counterfeit product as evidence during your open dispute."... DoYouFeelLucky Posted January 8, 2021 at 03:30 AM Share Posted January 8, 2021 at 03:30 AM Amazon is full of counterfeit merchandise. As a woodworker I have found a lot of fake 3M products out there and people on woodworking forums have reported fake tools. I really don't think Amazon cares. They make money on every sale, whether the merchandise is real or fake.
Sweeper13 Posted January 8, 2021 at 03:44 AM Share Posted January 8, 2021 at 03:44 AM I try not buy anything from Amazon for this reason. If I do, I look to see what company is selling it and read the reviews. Then hope for the best.lol
2A4Cook Posted January 8, 2021 at 04:35 AM Share Posted January 8, 2021 at 04:35 AM It boggles the mind what these Chinese ripoff artists will counterfeit. Who would ever think of a Maglula??? You used to only have to worry about $5k Rolex watches or $1k Montblanc fountain pens. Now, they'll manufacture perfect counterfeits of mundane, low dollar items. China is a freaking pox on this world ever since Clinton gave them Most Favored Nation trading status!

2A4Cook Posted January 8, 2021 at 07:15 PM Share Posted January 8, 2021 at 07:15 PM Production is power. How could we now fight a large scale, protracted war against an opponent like China or Russia? Germany basically lost both world wars by being out-produced in war material and food. We became a superpower based on production and export. NAFTA was our death knell in that regard. How long can you fight a war without spare parts for your tanks, planes & vehicles? Replacements for destroyed weaponry? We are at China's mercy, and they know it. The amount of low dollar antiques that have been reproduced by China is amazing. You may think you just bought a butter churn just like grannymaw had, but without a good eye you may not realize it was likely produced and shipped from overseas. Who would ever think of a Maglula??? ...Many times the counterfeits are the exact same product, manufactured in the exact same facility but sold under the table. It's a huge problem with manufacturing your product in China.

Have reported numerous times but the solicitations just appear with a different Web address. They are always shown with many fake "likes" and positive reviews.
