Look what my and soundguy's taxes are wasted on.

 

The percentage of students achieving proficiency in Math is 6% (which is lower than the Illinois state average of 31%) for the 2015-16 school year. The percentage of students achieving proficiency in Reading/Language Arts is 3% (which is lower than the Illinois state average of 36%) for the 2015-16 school year.

 

Minority enrollment is 94% of the student body (majority Hispanic), which is higher than the Illinois state average of 52%.

And the next school district to the west, where Rod Blagojevich went, is the same story.

The percentage of students achieving proficiency in Reading/Language Arts is 70-74% (which is higher than the Michigan state average of 50%) for the 2015-16 school year.

 

Minority enrollment is 2% of the student body (majority Black and Hispanic), which is lower than the Michigan state average of 32%.
