I've sent them the full appeal paperwork twice and my appeal firm twice besides the other 2 times in the full appeal. They also opened my portal 2 times and charged me and denied. Been 4 months since my last contact with them.

I'm over a year, but mine is a bull**** CPD.

There is supposedly a 90 day time frame to appeal a denial. My first attempt was denied due to not having everything within 90 days. Haven't found out why the second time was denied yet. Mine is clear and present danger fyi

I wonder if this will have any bearing on arrests that are deemed "clear and present danger " that charges aren't brought or dropped.

I was arrested for a self defense incident and no charges were brought against me but my foid and ccl were revoked. Where do I go from here?

So I did a renewal that expired on May 2020. Took since July to go active and now it's only good for a little over 2 years? Is this normal?
