INDEPENDENCE Day !

If you actually read the Declaration of Independence, you should come to realize that it IS as relevant today as it was 242 years ago!!

The King of England back then, has been replaced by BOTH the Republican and Democratic Partys of today.

They do not want to pass just laws, or implement policies, that solve problems. They just want to maintain control!!

Examples: Obamacare, Border Security, All 2A issues

Most, if not all ( though Trump seems to be reducing) recent Laws, Regulations, and Policies are implemented to REDUCE our (the Peoples) Independence !!

Wake Up Sheeple !!

What we are celebrating is armed citizens protesting high and unfair taxation.

Today people celebrate high and unfair taxation while protesting armed citizens.

True. Kinda a scary reversal. Reminds me of the quote "The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money" There is a block of voters who will encourage any restriction on freedom and any high taxation as long as they get "free" stuff from the authoritarian government. :(

"Democracy often works beautifully at first. But once a state extends the franchise to every warm body, be he producer or parasite, that day marks the beginning of the end of the state. For when the plebs discover that they can vote themselves bread and circuses without limit and that the productive members of the body politic cannot stop them, they will do so, until the state bleeds to death, or in its weakened condition the state succumbs to an invader--the barbarians enter Rome."
