THE KING Posted March 7, 2020 at 12:56 AM Share Posted March 7, 2020 at 12:56 AM I sure hope some of the conservative mainstream media picks this up and puts it out on the news.
Patriots & Tyrants Posted March 7, 2020 at 03:03 AM Share Posted March 7, 2020 at 03:03 AM Is this real or the boys at 4Chan trying to rile people up. We have any news stories?
ChicagoRonin70 Posted March 7, 2020 at 03:47 AM Share Posted March 7, 2020 at 03:47 AM This is exactly what I was thinking when I heard him say that. Isn't it a criminal offense to make a threat towards members of one of the three branches of government, even if the threatener is a member of one of those branches? Being elected to office doesn't make one immune to violating the law in that blatant fashion.

TomKoz Posted March 7, 2020 at 07:23 AM Share Posted March 7, 2020 at 07:23 AM Whatever happened to Equal Justice ? POAT54 Posted March 7, 2020 at 02:21 PM Share Posted March 7, 2020 at 02:21 PM So would this get schumer (the politician, not the mile high member) put on the no fly list?Never mind, nothing that affects the common man applies to the royalty. seanc Posted March 7, 2020 at 11:37 PM Share Posted March 7, 2020 at 11:37 PM A judge will rule on the 'red flag' designation. Chief Justice Roberts issued an official statement that Schumer's speech was dangerous. Should be a slam dunk, but we all know Chuckie's going to laugh this off. Xwing Posted March 9, 2020 at 02:20 PM Share Posted March 9, 2020 at 02:20 PM Funny. But of course the law doesn't apply to elite democrats... The rules are only for us "common people"
Quiet Observer Posted March 9, 2020 at 02:37 PM Share Posted March 9, 2020 at 02:37 PM Other than a political gotcha on New York by the GOA, this will go nowhere. New York has no jurisdiction on events in Washington, DC. It will be seen as political speech. There was no specific threat of physical injury. The man is a jerk, and periodically he does or says something to prove it.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Because people who advocate for stupidity deserve to reap the whirlwind of those idiotic ideas and decisions. It's even better if the mechanisms that they are using to harm others are used against them. It's called being "hoist with one's own petard." Jeffrey Posted March 9, 2020 at 08:26 PM Share Posted March 9, 2020 at 08:26 PM I don't think red flagging him is going to help our cause at all. Instead they will just say it worked as intended, we all just misunderstood him. Besides does anyone really think Chuck would be smart enough to realize the stupidity/illegality of the law? Oh, it certainly will help our cause. I think that every politician who supports these should be targeted by as many citizens, as often as possible, that there can be a reason to do so. Maybe after they have to go to court a few dozen times for something as stupid as what ERPOs do, they will get the message.
