If so, I wouldn't do that again. As far as your security questions, only you would know what questions you selected. Unfortunately the ISP doesn't tell you what they are. They expected you to write them down. You are probably going to have to either email or call them.

InterestedBystander Posted May 23, 2018 at 12:03 AM Share Posted May 23, 2018 at 12:03 AM Have a similar issue. I dont remember them having security questions when I signed up and thought they may have added that feature for everyone even though it did not apply. Ive been ignoring it until I really need to log in. I have never seen any other site security strategy have you answer invisible questions. It also does not let me enter birthdate correctly at least on Android. The underscores wont go away.

Found a topic where Molly mentioned that if you hadn't logged in a while, you have to re-register. Course, dummy me didn't notice I had cap-lock on when I created my password... InterestedBystander Posted May 23, 2018 at 12:28 AM Share Posted May 23, 2018 at 12:28 AM And in a weird turn of events, I tried it a couple of times tonight and security questions eventually showed up that I could answer even though did not remember setting. I highlighted the individual underscores in birthdate and was finally able to replace them with numbers and it let me do a reset.

MagSlap Posted May 23, 2018 at 02:01 AM Share Posted May 23, 2018 at 02:01 AM For future use....I suggest KEEPASSIts an open source password DB....No dependencies...you can install it...populate it..and copy the directory off anywhere.Copy it to another machine...your NAS...a thumbdrive etc...I live and die by it...I have multiple copies all over my network...and update (copy over) as needed and directly run the executable.And..you really only need to worry about ONE FILE...the password file. But I treat it as a whole dir..And if you are savy enough...you can run it on your phone (you have to manually copy the DB file over to your phone to sync it...or use whatever voodo you choose) Its open source(not proprietary and vendor hackable)..and freehttps://keepass.info/ Just a friendly suggestion... EDIT:I even have it 'stuck' in my start menu..Hehehehttp://www.doodnet.com/images/keepass.jpg
