Moron me lost my wallet (long story) - so first thing I have to do is reset my password. Problem is:

What is the question they're asking for Security Question 1?

Bueller? Anyone?

Not sure why you have to reset your password unless you had it written down in your wallet. If so, I wouldn't do that again.

As far as your security questions, only you would know what questions you selected. Unfortunately the ISP doesn't tell you what they are. They expected you to write them down.

You are probably going to have to either email or call them.

Have a similar issue. I dont remember them having security questions when I signed up and thought they may have added that feature for everyone even though it did not apply. Ive been ignoring it until I really need to log in. I have never seen any other site security strategy have you answer invisible questions.

It also does not let me enter birthdate correctly at least on Android. The underscores wont go away.

And I have mentioned that to them on many occasions . . .

For future use....

I suggest KEEPASS

Its an open source password DB....

No dependencies...you can install it...populate it..and copy the directory off anywhere.

Copy it to another machine...your NAS...a thumbdrive etc...

I live and die by it...I have multiple copies all over my network...and update (copy over) as needed and directly run the executable.

And..you really only need to worry about ONE FILE...the password file. But I treat it as a whole dir..

And if you are savy enough...you can run it on your phone (you have to manually copy the DB file over to your phone to sync it...or use whatever voodo you choose)

Its open source(not proprietary and vendor hackable)..and free

https://keepass.info/

Just a friendly suggestion... :)

EDIT:

I even have it 'stuck' in my start menu..Hehehe

+1 Keepass is a great program, you have to remember just one password (make it very strong) and you are set.
