I haven’t posted back to the Naperville meeting from last week. The one thing I can say about the townhall meetings is that if we have any thought of getting truth to the public, we need someone from our side on these panels. The bs I heard last week was rediculous and no one there but Dave and I to rebuttal. Unfortunately it was a Q&A session only to the panel members and no interaction from audience members. Honestly I don't do much.  We could all do more.  What pisses me off the most is that groups that ARE SUPPOSED to be doing stuff are either not doing anything or are really good at hiding and doing something.  Townhalls go on constantly around the state.  Especially as the elections near.  If anyone wants to keep what rights we have left, much more needs to be done and said.  Many people are getting smart and leaving this state.  Soon enough the few rights we have left will be history.  Good luck getting them back.

Just saw this. Lincoln Square is all about moms and liberalism and let's move to Julie Morrison's suburbs. I doubt any minds would have been changed by facts at that meeting.

I disagree. I just took my friend shooting for the first time, and she lives in Lincoln Square.  There is never a wasted effort.
