As I thought (not only with this case but all others worth anything), Cheeseman did not get on the denied list and wasn't relisted as of yet. It'll likely join the long list of other cases on ice at scotus.

Cheeseman was on the agenda for conference last Friday.

There are a bunch of may-issue carry cases in the queue. I think they'll probably pick the best one in light of whatever decision they make in the NYSRPA case (or send them back to circuit court with instructions).

There are a bunch of illegal handgun possession cases getting kicked back to lower courts with instructions to reconsider in light of Rehaif v. United States.
