Colorado Columnist Rejects Boulder’s Gun Ban, Risks Arrest

Very Cool video and Story worth taking 4 minutes to watch.

A little background....

In Boulder, Colorado, a new law took effect which bans not only the sale but possession of certain types of “assault rifles” and accessories. Falling under the shadow of that law was Denver Post columnist Jon Caldara, who owns an AR-15 style rifle. Rather than going and meekly turning in his firearm to the police, Caldara took to the pages of his newspaper and to YouTube as well to inform the government that he could not in good conscience comply with the order and would not be surrendering his rifle. It wasn’t quite a “Come and get ’em” message, but the impact is the same.

I believe the city is registering, not confiscating. Actually, trying to register...with little apparent success. Either way, this man is pretty gutsy. And he's standing up for himself, fellow gun owners, AND the Constitution.

Watch the video. Follow the link below. And notice how "tolerant" the so-called Progressive Left is.

Fat ******* that signed the bill today said bump stocks are next and a modern sporting rifle ban will have to wait until next year. Hopefully I will be out of Illinois by then or he has a heart attack. A man of the people, just what people is he referring to? Other billionaire buddies?

Born with a silver serving trough in his mouth.

Good luck getting downstate sheriffs to enforce any of this crap! I know Mine will not.

I hope it does not come to that. Down state is a far better place than Crook County. One big city dictates how everyone else is going to behave. It is Chicago and for that matter Illinois.

That is just the first "salvo". Give them time. They will "drop the other shoe" soon enough.
