When the legislature was last in session, Senate Amendment 1 was filed on SB44 Safety - Tech. It is critically important that we all take a few minutes today to call the Senators outlined in our current Call to Action. Please voice your opposition to this gun grab and to SB107 Assault Weapon Ban.

Though no bills of interest appear on either floor calendar today, several bills are posted to committees.

The House and Senate are again scheduled for 12:00 Noon.

Next Days Scheduled

House: 3/13/2019

Senate: 3/13/2019

Is it true that the per diem pay requires the legislature be in session for 1/2 hour?

They receive an annual salary (plus extra for an officer or other noted position) plus transportation/mileage and food/lodging allowance.

The allowance for lodging and meals is $111 per day and mileage for automobile travel shall be reimbursed at a rate of $0.39 per mile.

Scanned but saw nothing on time limitations.
