spanishjames Posted September 14, 2018 at 04:18 AM Share Posted September 14, 2018 at 04:18 AM I don't see anything wrong with shouldering a pistol brace. So take that Feinstein!

InterestedBystander Posted September 14, 2018 at 01:31 PM Author Share Posted September 14, 2018 at 01:31 PM I thought the ATF reversed their earlier decisionThey did...last I recall shouldering a brace was ok now. This is a prototype and I found a thread on arfcom where the inventor was participating. Im just not quite sure what problem it is solving. If one had shoulder issues it seems this would still transmit up through shoulder.
drumgod Posted September 14, 2018 at 01:38 PM Share Posted September 14, 2018 at 01:38 PM Now show a weak side transition... At least it probably won't knock your teeth out like that "chin brace". The whole SBR/SBS thing really needs to go buh-bye.
2A4Cook Posted September 14, 2018 at 07:00 PM Share Posted September 14, 2018 at 07:00 PM Actually, I believe it was simply a certain manufacturer's brand of brace that was ok'd, that "incidental" shouldering is ok, etc. That biceps thing is flat out stupid, and I would think that the modification of an "arm brace" to facilitate buttressing against a body part and achieving a cheek weld would forfeit the clearance of that individual's arm brace ... or what's left of it.
