I would not get to far ahead of this.

Ginsburg has survived a series of health scares
a.) two ribs in a fall in 2012
b.) two prior bouts with cancer
c.)a stent implanted to open a blocked artery

The only thing she might miss is a ceremony
welcoming new Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

I really care greatly about this old, somewhat confused woman. She deserves the chance to recuperate in peace and quiet. An immediate resignation from the Supreme Court is the humane thing to do. I'm sure everyone can agree that she needs her personal time now, and that our fine President can find someone fully qualified to replace her on the Court. There might just be a few crazies over on the Left that are melting down right now, worried that their champion, the Justice that has stated she prefers the Constitution of South Africa to the one she is sworn to uphold, might have to leave the court. Without Ginsburg, the Left might find that magical "rights" that are never mentioned or even alluded to in the document are somehow within the U.S. Constitution. Not wishing her personal ill, but this might be a good thing for the country.

I do not wish her well. She has openly stated that she wishes our Constitution was changed to be more like the document of some other countries. She has clearly twisted the words of the Constitution to mean anything but what the Founders clearly intended, using the document as almost a blank sheet of paper on which to inscribe all of the Leftist agenda's dreams of "rights". I do not often wish ill of anyone, but I would feel quite satisfied if she suddenly passed away and opened the Court for another conservative nominee. But a medical based retirement would work just as well and with no ill effects upon this person. And just so there is no misunderstanding that my animosity to her is some anti-Semitic rant, I am Jewish myself and not one of those self-loathing Jews that really worships the religion of Liberalism.

She has clearly and openly violated her oath by saying that her philosophy is to "interpret" the constitution "in light of international law". WRONG! That's treason, in my opinion. I don't wish death on her...but treason is a death penalty offense...

Anyone that has been around people her age that have had previous serious medical issues and/or a history of falls with broken bones knows it doesn't get better with age.

I honestly think she had decided to retire as soon as Hillary took office, and is now on borrowed time against her wishes. She obviously has a strong will, but when the body fails that will, will only carry her so far.

Read a quote by her today: "Since you no longer need to keep a musket in your home, the 2nd Amendment is now meaningless." Maybe I didn't get the quote exactly right but her meaning was clear. She is an enemy of the People, why would I wish her a recovery? Anything that ends her term on the Supreme Court is a good thing for America.

I do wish her well(pay attention Karma). With a speedy recovery I hope the fog clears and she realizes that she is not capable to do her job proficiently. She swore to uphold the constitution in the highest regard. The fact that she see's it equivalent to toilet paper, she needs to be replaced with someone less senile and understands their job description.

I chuckle to myself that she didn’t retire under Obama because she wanted Hillary to appoint her successor !!

Yes. Her own ego and hubris bit her in the behind. It does make me laugh.

I believe Thomas will prove wiser than Ginsburg and retire while Trump still has plenty of time to name and confirm a replacement. Perhaps next year.
