Chinto Posted February 25, 2020 at 03:46 PM Share Posted February 25, 2020 at 03:46 PM I need to download the 16 hour training certificate template. From the ISP page below when I click on Certificate of Completion I only get error 404 message shown below. Is there a solution to this? I am using Chrome with windows 10. I have tried the link with no luck on several different days. Is this a problem on my end or their end? Server Error 404 - File or directory not found. Chinto Posted February 25, 2020 at 06:06 PM Author Share Posted February 25, 2020 at 06:06 PM I am in shock as to how fast I received the templates from the ISP. It was less than an hour before the reply with all of the documents attached to the email. To bad they can't update their own website. Guess they really needed the 29 million the JB stole from the fund to get that done.
Molly B. Posted February 25, 2020 at 06:13 PM Share Posted February 25, 2020 at 06:13 PM Yes, a sad state of affairs. I think they took the certificate off the website at least a couple of years ago... And still showing that broken link.
NRApistol Posted March 7, 2020 at 01:14 AM Share Posted March 7, 2020 at 01:14 AM Speaking of Certificates, the ISP can be very fast......sometimes: Another instructor's student asked for help filing his training cert. The other instructor was no longer teaching CC. This was on 2-15-2020. The student had the original training certificate and the ISP had rejected it. I had a blank copy of the new cert and I had him transfer all of the info from the original (including original date of class) onto an updated cert. Now all he needed was to contact his instructor and have him sign the cert and re-submit. I saw the student's dad yesterday 3-5-2020 and got a big thanks. It took 5 days to track down the original instructor and get a signature. The student now has both his CCL and new FOID in hand. LESS THAN 2 WEEKS from submitting correction. AND I'm waiting over 2 months on a change of address
