Hap Posted March 24, 2017 at 08:54 PM Share Posted March 24, 2017 at 08:54 PM So they're increasing enrollment and moving closer to their customers. I'm going to take a wild guess and say they were planning to move all along, for reasons having nothing to do with the range.

Mr. Fife Posted March 25, 2017 at 11:08 PM Share Posted March 25, 2017 at 11:08 PM Maybe this will set a precedent where the market decides what is good for the community, instead of what some people smoking hopium think is best.
