Kevin Heimsoth, 56, was identified as the suspected shooter by the Whatcom County Sheriffs Office. He was in critical condition with a self-inflicted gunshot wound Friday, Dec. 27, at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle and is under guard by law enforcement. While the Twitter account belonging to Kevin Heimsoth could not be verified by The Bellingham Herald or others at McClatchy, a number of aspects point to it belonging to Kevin Heimsoth: The account is associated with email accounts and phone numbers that belong to him; the account associated with Lynn Heimsoth followed this account; she retweeted the account at least once. cybermgk Posted December 30, 2019 at 03:25 PM Share Posted December 30, 2019 at 03:25 PM Now now now this isn't about political allegiances. It's about a scumbag doing the unthinkable because he is a coward. Ah, but it actually is, in this regard. One thing the now, far left De, party has shown is a steady use pf projection. They often, and regularly 'project' onto others' what they, thmselves are actually doing. Almost everything they blame POTUS45 for, the division, the hatred, etc, is actually their doing. Additionally, there are studies that Conservatives are FAR more able to understand liberals, than the other way around. They can predict how liberal, will feel, react, stand on a particular idea, than the other way around. The farther left one goes, the worst they are. https://www.chronicle.com/blogs/brainstorm/liberals-conservatives-and-the-haidt-results/46113 So, and it seems horribly obvious in this scumbag's case, leftists see them unable to responsibly own firearms, and not use them for bad, and thus can't concieve of anyone else being different than that. ERGO, we all must be protected from ourselves, according to them.,

ERGO, we all must be protected from ourselves, according to them., I think it is more the anti-firearm mentality, as discussed here: Raging Against Self Defense: A psychiatrist Examines The Anti-Gun Mentality It's apparent that many of those who have a prejudice against the owning of firearms feel that they would be likely to do what that piece of human detritus did, and so they believe that everyone who owns a firearm must be like them. Disregarding, however, that members of the population who legally own firearms are orders of magnitude less likely to commit crimes than non-legal firearm owners, regardless of political ideology, and concealed carriers are literally the most law-abiding demographic in the country. That article clarifies what I was trying to say. particularly this part, which describes far too many Leftists now, and ,odern, so called 'progressives' [1] People who identify themselves as "victims" harbor excessive amounts of rage at other people, whom they perceive as "not victims." [2] In order psychologically to deal with this rage, these "victims" utilize defense mechanisms that enable them to harm others in socially acceptable ways, without accepting responsibility or suffering guilt, and without having to give up their status as "victims." [3] Gun owners are frequently the targets of professional victims because gun owners are willing and able to prevent their own victimization. Thus the concept of "identity as victim" is essential.
