I've shot as a guest there once and used Tula 7.62x51, so I know it's allowed. I was curious about in competitions. For example NPCCC doesn't allow any steel during competitions because it can damage the steel plates, so I stick with 5.56 because brass 7.62 is double the price. The ASC website just says that they use 3-Gun Nation rules.

This looks fun. Do they allow steel/steel-cased ammo during matches? Assuming it isn't being fired at a plate.

Terminology is important here. Steel CASED is fine.

Steel CORE is very hard on steel targets and too much can cause cratering and ricocheting.

If the stage has steel targets don’t use steel core or green tip 5.56.

If it’s paper, no problem.
