  1. Never mind!

    Thanks!

  2. Was a lot of speculation they would not issue their opinion until after SCOTUS ruled on the NY case. Being that is not the case, is it any indication they already know the SCOTUS opinion even though it hasn't been released? I mean, if a clerk can leak the Roe vs Wade draft, what's to stop state Supreme courts of learning an opinion before it is released?
  3. Sorry if asked already but, what information is sent to ISP during the FOID check? 5. Ammunition sales: Due to not having the expiration date on the cards, dealers will have to verify the validity of the card electronically or by phone for ammo sales If I buy a bucket of .22lr, 50 rounds of .45acp and 500 rounds .556 what is included in the "validation of FOID" call/electronic exchange. Rather than having the back of FOID scanned at the register can we request a call in instead to validate the FOID is valid?
  4. Do we still need to notify when renewing? If so, done. If not, thanks!
  5. From I presume Todd on IL Gun Lobby FB Case 124100 http://www.illinoiscourts.gov/SupremeCourt/Docket/default.asp
  6. Thanks, went ahead and updated my email address. Haven't had access to the sbcglobal one for years.
  7. A different email address from your account email address? Shouldn't be, I submitted via paypal on the 12th(see below) and it shows being withdrawn yesterday from my account. Chase app will not let me screenshot due to security. Not sure when it shows up on your end, might not have posted until yesterday? Also included email confirmation Edited to remove images.
  8. They have not adjourned yet. Both chambers are in "Recess to the Call of the Chair". Mauserme stated shortly after recessing that they may be in session every Wednesday in the month of June. I am not sure when the announcement would be made were they to be in session this Wed. the 7th. It's why it's also imperative that we check in regularly throughout the summer/or until adjournment. They still have a chance at calling several bills, both for and against IC's position.
  9. That's my thought as well, this was not a court ordered bill. Should be sent with any other bills that go out. I was a bit surprised that they did not wait until the final day to pass it. Even more surprising was the lack of age requirement, although I guess store/company policy may dictate that?
  10. Technology has all but passed the prohibition on these types of knives. The days of the Soc's and Greasers are long gone, stay golden Ponyboy. Truthfully, as a deer hunter I could see this as advantageous should a fall from stand occur. Hanging from the lifeline and potentially having blood or oxygen cut off from restriction, a press of a button rather than a failed flip of a lever could be the difference in permanent disability or death.
  11. I believe so since it was just released in the House to a committee. Senate slips will nit follow into the house so you would need a new one, uless you see your name in the link below http://my.ilga.gov/Hearing/WitnessSlipInfo/100589?hearingId=14886&LegislationDocumentId=127690&HCommittees5%2F10%2F2017-page=1&committeeid=0&chamber=H&nodays=7&_=1493862934382
