As the topic mentions, I am trying to find out the effective date of the amended HB1468 Governor Rauner signed.  I thought I remember reading it was January 1st, 2019 but am having difficulty confirming that.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

I think you mean SB3256.

HB1468 was an amendatory veto. That bill is dead

Thanks, all.  I know one was going into effect 1-1-19...couldn't remember which bill it ended up being.  Much appreciated, all.
