Message when trying to log in to FOID or CCL. I am on an Android tablet. Happens with Chrome and Firefox. Technical difficulties are not the same as notified planned downtime for a system upgrade to fix a modern website to support mobile devices so Im guessing at best we get it back the way it was. System Alert!This website is experiencing technical difficulties. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are working hard to try and resolve the issue as soon as possible. If not for my wife's inexplicable desire to remain here, I would have been in 2014 after I retired. When they begin to tax retirement money, after exempting themselves, that might get her attention.
