Yep, he signed quite a few bills today and SB1139 was one of them. We might not get a public act number until next week.

No,not until the end of October.

There are some subject matter hearings scheduled this week in the House They won't affect us.

What is the perfunctory session on the 17th? Are they in session doing hearings, votes, etc? Everything else lists the 28th as next in session.

What is the perfunctory session on the 17th? Are they in session doing hearings, votes, etc? Everything else lists the 28th as next in session.


Typically just an opportunity to read new bills into the record the first time.
