Senator Tom Rooney will be hosting a town hall event in Palatine at the Palatine Village Hall on Wednesday, June 6 beginning at 7 PM. More information to come!

Remember, Appointed Senator Rooney is the Republican who allowed Dealer Licensing out of the Senate. He had some quick remarks for us about needing his conservative vote for other issues, but this is an opportunity to let him know we expect our representatives to represent us and support the entire constitution, not just the bits he agrees with. A sea of gold might help get that point across.

and realizes too late that gun owners are entirely capable of putting a democrat in that seat out of spite.

 

 

ROONEY and NYBO may be JUST the object lessons needed, for the future.

The problem with that theory is that his votes on things like HB40 were meaningless. He could have stayed home and had the same effect.

 

Conversely, his vote on SB1657 did have meaning.
