Now my status is stuck to where it is asking me for payment and I cannot go back and change it. I have called dozens of times and I never get through to anyone, I have also sent emails to them at the Ask_CCL@isp.state.il.us and have not gotten a reply. I was not sure if it would make me start all over. Would they still be valid until I get new ones and are they valid now because they don't expire for a few more years? I have changed my DL already but I am worried about carrying now. If I go in and create a new account, will their system know that I have an existing FOID and CCL and I would just pay the fee for a change of Address? Sorry about all of the questions. duckcommander Posted February 25, 2019 at 07:18 PM Share Posted February 25, 2019 at 07:18 PM I changed mine not to long ago and I was advised to change my DL first then do my FOID and CCL after the new DL was issued. The justification I was given was because they compare your FOID and CCL to the DL and ultimately the DL info is king. Maybe it is hung up on the difference. usman Posted February 25, 2019 at 11:51 PM Share Posted February 25, 2019 at 11:51 PM Finally i spoke to them this morning i gave them call around 8:25AM but their hours are 8:30AM - 5:00PM so i think everyone starts calling them literally after 8:30AM so that’s why it took a while so as far as i noticed if you need to call them just do it before 5-10 minutes before 8:30AM and Thanks for let me post here and for the reply GOD BLESS YOU AND YOU GUYS HAVE A NICE DAY STAY SAFE.
