I'd be annoyed if it's happening with regularity.

I haven't seen it happening 'till you mentioned it and then only with your post.

I am as mine is doing it all the time. It looks like its on my side. I havent seen them and I have posted for quite a while now.

Havent til

OK how come it works when I responded to your post?

Then when I went back and mine disappeared.

It's probably the Russians.

They are Russian to erase my apostrophes.

Yours works and mine doesn't

I'll see if this works or if it doesn't.

Yah. It was my iPhone 7. I went to general then keyboard and I turned off smart punctuation if anybody else has that problem.

Are you sure your apostrophes don't have microdots in them?

My problem has been solved. I talked to Mark Zuckerberg at Facebook and he said he took over my cell phone since he knew I was a Republican after mining my data. He won't do that anymore. I said I wasn't giving up. It's working now. It was a setting problem on my iPhone's keyboard. It wasn't really Zuckerberg it was Schumer and Pelosi. Lol

The only apostrophes I keep seeing missing on these forums are those that "should've" been there when someone wrote "should of." Didn't we all at least get through grade school English?

Rant over. Sort of. NOT sort've !

You have a point. Have you also noticed that people and newscasters use the singular verb IS all the time when they should have used the plural verb ARE? Example: The demonstrators is going DC to protest instead of the demonstrators are going to DC to protest.

Yeah, I've noticed that singular verb thing. BTW, you left out a "to" before the first "DC" but I won't tell anyone.....! :console:
