We have some contracts with clients that say if we are working for them, driving our private vehicles on their property...no guns allowed. Three different parts of the law come into play...labor law, contract law, and criminal law. There are probably more examples which I have not experienced. The FCCA is part of the criminal law. Usually labor law attorneys help with the company policies. Most of the company policies I have seen have spaceman spiff's language wherein it is allowable if you have the necessary permits, license, etc. and are not violating any laws in the process. The contracts are pretty specific about no guns allowed. I wonder if the dudes at Concord could have overcome all this stuff?...lol. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
