ChicagoRonin70 Posted January 5, 2020 at 08:46 PM Share Posted January 5, 2020 at 08:46 PM I got a hold of this filing, which states that the NRA obtained new evidence regarding New York putting prejudicial pressure on insurance companies to not do business with the NRA. The lawsuit had been dismissed without prejudice in May because the judge said that the NRA needed direct evidence that New York was acting in a biased fashion to get those companies to blacklist the NRA. Well, apparently there is. https://97f2dfb1-8ab2-4a3d-8743-0599df5821e6.filesusr.com/ugd/91713c_983846e92caf468ba324ad4de4c20ac4.pdf https://97f2dfb1-8ab2-4a3d-8743-0599df5821e6.filesusr.com/ugd/91713c_df1d7f0ec8014b8fb35275605c6bcc8d.pdf Interesting, yes? RyanC Posted January 6, 2020 at 10:47 PM Share Posted January 6, 2020 at 10:47 PM Does all this mean that the courts will allow this filing to proceed in hearing/ruling on this case?

That's what I'm sure is hoped by everyone who supports this, I would think.
