kwc Posted March 31, 2017 at 11:01 PM Share Posted March 31, 2017 at 11:01 PM In response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, the Illinois State Police provided me a copy of the report to Governor Rauner and to the General Assembly listing "all decisions by a court of this state upholding, reversing, or reversing in part, any administrative decisions made by the Department of State Police" concerning the FOID Act. This report lists 35 decisions made during calendar year 2016. It is attached with names redacted by the ISP FOIA officer. 17-0623 Redacted.pdf

quackersmacker Posted March 31, 2017 at 11:40 PM Share Posted March 31, 2017 at 11:40 PM Very interesting. The thing that really amazes me is how much time and resources the ISP expends in appealing court decisions.

kwc Posted April 2, 2017 at 03:42 AM Author Share Posted April 2, 2017 at 03:42 AM Frustrating--not sure why this isn't retrievable from IllinoisCarry. I placed it here temporarily as well: http://morsel.info/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/17-0623-Redacted.pdf

kwc Posted April 2, 2017 at 12:22 PM Author Share Posted April 2, 2017 at 12:22 PM Does a right-click "save as" work? It's a standard PDF so if it doesn't work from either site, I really don't know what else to suggest.

Wife's redecorating, been looking at cowhides, deer heads and ostriches. Think I need to go kill something. :^) (That's a joke, anti's, a joke!) Thanks again, kwc.
