I attempted to upload each type, but they get rejected. Both file types are acceptable and meet the file size requirement. My photo uploads just fine. As a test, I attempted to load both file types of the training certificate when I was asked to upload a photo: both were accepted. In summary, the training certificate file is rejected when I attempt upload it at the prompt, but is accepted when I upload them when asked for a photo. The error message simply has a red X along with a list of file types accepted and size maximum. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
