If reported as lost/stolen as reason for replacement, those supposedly get treated like a new application, so you are probably looking at 50 to 100+ days for CCL depending on if prints submitted.
I sent my request for a replacement FOID card/CCL almost a month and a half ago. Has anyone else had this problem
As for the FOID, the ISP reported a large number of renewals (i.e 50k) due near the same time and suggested people submit early so that might be slowing the FOID down too.

Mine took 3 months, but it was several years ago. Good luck getting your constitutional right approved.
