Just bought 1000 rds of Aguila, half at litchfield gun store for 52.99 and the other half at rural king for 49.99. Commonly available for 0.10 a round, this week for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Which variety?

Aquila has enough flavors out there to rival Baskin-Robbins /

std velocity, sub, high, hyper, target, super heavy sub

Was at walmart yesterday just to pick up some 9mm for a trip to the range today....

Was impressed with what I managed to pick up

Federal 200 box 9mm for $33.87

Federal "Red Box" 550 pack .22 $19.94. They had about 7 boxes on the shelf. I resisted..and only picked up one. :)

that is a good deal on 9mm. Only 169.xx per 1000 rounds

Perhaps not ammo...but mags....

I just happen to stumble on this today and ordered it up...

https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Ruger-SR-22-Magazine-w-Extension-10-Round-RD-22-LR-Value-2-Pack-90647-OEM/253033950643?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649

A pair of SR22 mags for 35.49 out the door!

Seems these deals have been floating around ebay for a few months...Heck I didnt spot them till today.

I remember when I got my sr22 I grabbed two extra mags for 30+ from GATS (I snarfed em up cuz at the time they were in short supply)

The only other good deal I found was grabagun at $29..but thats with $8 shipping.

Just thought I'd mention this here

Heck...we can always use extra mags... :)

EDIT: Yes..these are genuine Ruger OEM mags.

Midway is currently running 450 rounds of IMI 5.56 62gr M855 for $120 with free shipping.

Anytime I see brass 5.56 for under 30 cents a round shipped, I take note.

https://www.midwayusa.com/product/266013/imi-ammunition-556x45mm-nato-62-grain-m855-ss109-penetrator-full-metal-jacket-boat-tail-box-of-450-15-boxes-of-30?utm_source=one-day-sale&utm_medium=email&utm_content=main-image-link&utm_campaign=imi-razorcore-266013

I already have plenty of M855 rounds that I can't fire anyway (indoor range), so I'll pass on this one....but just passing along.

Another deal Midway the have is 420 rounds of IMI 5.56 55gr M193 for $126.38, ($0.30 per round) and it includes a metal ammo can. If you buy $99 worth of items, you can get it shipped free.

I don't buy much M193 or M855 anymore, but I do keep a look out for what I call "real" ammo for my AR-15's....mostly 5.56 Frontier 75gr Match BTHP or 5.56 IMI 77gr Match HPBT. If I can find it for under 55 cents a round shipped, without having to spend more than $100, it is a solid deal.

One "oddball" round that I have in 5.56 is Frontier 55gr Match BTHP. It can be had for about 45 cents per round shippped........but it seems to have limited use. I have a few boxes of it, and a 20 round mag loaded with it for my pistol build for home defense. Too expensive to punch paper, but does not have energy of the 75gr version of it.

Midway is killing me...

One day only sale.

5.56 IMI 77gr Match HPBT on sale. 240 rounds for $119.99 with free shipping (since it is over $99). $0.50 a round shipped is hard to pass up for 77gr rounds.

https://www.midwayusa.com/product/894610/imi-ammunition-556x45mm-77-grain-razor-core-sierra-matchking-hollow-point-ammo-box-of-240-12-boxes-of-20

While I don't really need $120 in 5.56 ammo that I rarely shoot at the range, I may have to grab some at these prices.
