I have a student who changed their address on their FOID card before they renewed their CCL so they wouldn't have to pay the fee since it was time to renew anyway. He has the FOID card, but his CCL says processing and does not have an option to renew. He has emailed with no response and can't get through on the phone number. Have any of you ran into this? Posted May 13, 2019 at 09:55 PM Share Posted May 13, 2019 at 09:55 PM There is a notice on the log-in page that when changing addresses close to CCL renewal time, to wait and renew the CCL as a part of the renewal application and change the address at that time.
