Is there a mod I can private message about a coworker's denial strictly due to her being a victim of identity fraud?

FINALLY. Approved 28Feb late evening. Finally received in the mail 07March. Postmarked 04March. I partly blame the post office. Just as I figured and said earlier this week.

What else would you expect from Illinois? Competence? Of course not. Not when I (and plenty of others) got approved a WEEK ago and still don't have permits in hand...and no place in the whole state is even 4 hours away from where they get sent from.

That is absolutely pathetic.
