Just did my first AR build and looking for a good basic class that's not "this is an AR15, this is a magazine, it goes here and you push this button". It's intended for those who are thinking of getting an AR or just bought one. I already know how to field strip, clean, assemble etc.

I've been obtaining parts for the past 10 months and have doing all my homework and did the build myself with helpful and appreciated assistance from our very own King since he has some tools I don't have.

I looked at the classes at RKA and the Level 2 looks ideal but you have to take the Intro before they'll let you take the level 2.

Any suggestions?

Take a look at Range on 355. They have some decent advance classes.

Thank you

I think Point Blank also has AR classes. May want to see what they have coming up.

No joy, all they have is a build class.

I found something at On Target that looks better. The intro class is pretty close and the followup classes look good.

Fortress Defense used to do classes out of ASC open to public. Nothing this past year, but if there's sufficient interest he might be persuaded to put one together. Ming arranged the last one.

The Defensive Rifle I looks interesting. No schedule or pricing though.

Thanks for the suggestion.
