They bring out their, "Shell Billls", and replace the whole thing with garbage. Wasn't there something passed a while ago saying they can't do that? I've been surprised at the lack of direct anti 2A bills ifiled n 2020 so I expect to see plenty of shell bills or pushing those submitted in 2019 through te rest of te session.
