    @Monty80 is an FFL on this forum and he and I have done some business together with this new rule and I have provided him a copy of two of my last transaction approved transaction forms for his storage as an FFL. Highly recommended and he is local here in Illinois and very reasonable prices charging only $15.

    My understanding is that you can still do a person to person firearm sale for non-prohibited items using the ISP website. The buyer that has to take a copy of that ISP approval form and store it with an FFL for 10 years. Or you can always transfer it in the presence of an FFL https://verify.ispfsb.com/Public/Verification.aspx#:~:text=430 ILCS 65%2F3(a) - "Except as,valid Firearm Owner's Identification Card

    I highly recommend USCCA. Peace of mind in case I ever have to draw.

    That’s my understanding too. Will add $ to the process for ffl fees. I’m assuming they will shut down the ISP site for p2p FOID checks.

      The lowest I'd go is $275. Yes, I can meet at the DeKalb oasis.
