the legal weirdness I was looking at was the 8+1, but what about shorter 12 gauge rounds. Does that count for over 10 rds. Awkward legal language. the plus anything else 🤷🏼‍♂️ My understanding is that it’s a pump with 8 standard round so I believe it’s ok. But I’m not a lawyer

Scouring the web and read the Illinois law. My read is that this is legal in Cook County. Any reason why it wouldn’t be?

If you’re ccw, and you need to go in a store where prohibited, you’d put firearm in a car safe temporarily. How to do so without being accused of brandishing by someone seeing you through you car window while you’re transferring. Is there a spot in the law where this is protected?

Howdy — if I were to sell or trade a gun to a gun store (FFL of course), what would the procedures be? I know there is the form for lost/stolen/selling a firearm that goes to Cook county sheriff. Anything else? I’m sure the store would know all the in’s and outs, but I don’t want to assume.
