CCL Renewal - "Inspect Element"

OK, I wasn't paying attention... Hopefully some here have.

What are the Inspect Element stages as one renews a CCL?

I didn't look when I completed my application.

My application still indicates Under Review.

Yesterday, "Inspect Element" indicates:

class="APPROVED">Under Review

Is this the first stage or have I advanced from Under Review to Approved?

I don't recall my "Inspect Element" status when I applied or last week.

What will the next change be?

My renewal notes, as posted on the other thread:

03-20-19 Expiration Date

11-20-18 Renew Button Available

11-21-18 Renewal Submitted

Prints Submitted With Original Application

Thank you everyone!

How do you do this inspect element thingy?

Right click on your status (Under Review) and select "inspect element" from the popup menu. It shows all the code.

Looks like the progression is:

-Submitted

-QC_Verified

-Approved

-Active

Got it. Thanks.

  • 1 month later...

Line 231 is where it is listed

I'm trying to research this, and thank you for pointing it out from line 231!

So my renewal on the website is "Under Review", but looking at it through the "Inspect" option, it shows:

<span class="APPROVED">Under Review<

I'm not understanding what this means. Does it mean it's really approved but still waiting to be updated to an actual "Approve" status??

I think this means your card is now being printed.

Next step should be "ACTIVE">Active.

One day after "APPROVED">Under Review, mine was listed as "ACTIVE">Active.

Should be delivered to your door by a government agent shortly thereafter.

Hey Craig - yep it should mean you're almost active. I saw the same status in my initial application after I was finished with the board review. Once it showed "approved" it went active within days.

Same boat as you Craig. Submitted 12/5. QC_Verified 1/3. "Approved" 1/9. Waiting for status to go "Active." Now! I will feel a lot better once I get it in the mail and know that Jabba B the Prickster hasn't wasted grease all over my new card.

Yea, it's odd how the ISP operates....Some people apply right away, within two weeks they are approved, others wait a week later and crickets. They must have part timers down in Springfield doing these or something strange like that.

What they should do is describe the process in detail so we, as tax paying citizens know. It's also not too much to ask since were coughing up upwards of $150 bucks for this thing. And that doesn't include the class, ammo for qualifications, range time/practice, etc.

Hmm...I'm stuck at QC verified....but I'm only 19 days into the renewal wait, seems like some of you were like 35 days in.

Really hoping this thing hits the mail before next week.

Yeah it's crazy how these things are done. Some go active in 14 days, I saw one guy go active in 2-3 days?? Most have gone active in under 35 days and that's not counting days to card in hand.

Yeah, makes no sense... It took from 12/7/18-1/8/19 for me, to go from Submitted to QC Verified.

Been sitting there since.

Submitted prints with original application. It all seems random with how it's done. (at least I can exercise my right while I wait... makes this wait a lot easier)

Respectfully,

Respectfully,

It is crazy. Mine finally went from QC verified to Approved this Wednesday so now I wait to go active. I saw somewhere that someone took 8 days to go active from Approved. Im still waiting.

That is called "transparency" which I'm not convinced the state is capable of.
