Do they make pants with heavy duty pockets for pocket carry?

I wish someone made hemp or nylon inner pockets.

My problem is that the butt of the gun rubs a hole in my pockets...

Eventually the wear spot in these jeans ^ turned into a hole in my pocket and I don't wear these anymore.

I carry a Ruger LC9s as my everyday carry, in a DeSantis pocket holster. Normally I wear Wrangler jeans from Target and have no trouble comfortably carrying the gun and concealing it fully. I normally wear my shirt out of my pants as well. I haven't found a need to spend $70 or $80 on jeans from Duluth Trading or other high end retailers and I carry every day. In fact, I have now been retired for over 5 years, and I think that there have been less than a dozen days when I have had to wear something other than jeans or shorts. And while sometimes I carry OWB, most of the time I comfortably carry in-pocket.

One of these days I need to visit the Duluth Trading store in Downers Grove to see their products in person. The stuff isn't Walmart priced so I'm leery of shopping online for it.

I was the same initially and went for a visit. I have purchased the long tail tees when on sale which are great for limiting ride up.

1000D Cordura is supposed to have fairly high abrasion resistance. I'm thinking of just paying to have a tailor take the right pocket out of my next pair of jeans and replace it with 1000D Cordura. I don't think Cordura feels good against skin, so I might have them put a slightly larger cotton sleeve around the Cordura.

I'll also get rid of the pocket-watch mini pocket which is annoying...

If you are going to the trouble to rework a pocket why not use soft leather with stiff leather to holster your gun?

It's close to what we'd all want, but I'd question retention and trigger protection. Notice none of the 1911's featured in their product photos are locked and cocked.

I'd love to see some system that combines a minimal full Kydex holster that attaches Molle/PALS strap inside the pocket.

The biggest issue I see with most concealment cloths is they concern themselves more with concealment then AD safety, retention, and draw.

The other problem a system like this would solve is being able to move your gun while holstered in and out of on body carry to a PALS mount in your car without having to unholster.

All I'd ask for is a pair of jeans and a hoody with this system.
