Does one send a letter to their firearms division asking the questions and about how long does it take for an answer? All my cards came in weeks of applying, was pleasantly surprised. Sons FOID seems to be languishing in neverland. As long as hes applied for the address change is he safe with a card with the wrong address? Once the call picks up dial 0, don’t bother listening to the prompts, if you get the Male voice hang up cause you did not make it past the first ring thru. When you make it past the ring thru its anywhere from 15 to 75 mins, Depends how lucky you are.
