Businesses aren't liable for the actions of criminals (except in Wisconsin for businesses that post a no-gun sticker), and she voluntarily chose to climb a wall to escape them and injured herself doing so. Even if a judge and jury somehow finds the business liable, I'd expect most businesses would just increase the amount of insurance they carry, not hire a security force. Insurance is cheaper.
