Lowlight Pistol (8 Hours) Maryville Nov 7th from 12pm to 8pm
This course will consist of a lecture on 11 separate flashlight techniques and the unique problems associated with shooting during periods of darkness. It will be followed by extensive range time. Range time will consist of basic pistol manipulations utilizing multiple flashlight techniques and skill testing drills.
Required Equipment: Flashlight (both maglight and tactical tailcap lights will be used, if you have both please bring them otherwise bring what you have), duty or carry gear, duty or carry pistol (Semiautomatic 9mm or larger), and minimum 250 rounds of pistol ammo. Weapon mounted lights are allowed, but a handheld light is also needed. The majority of this class is outside on the range, dress for the weather. We will shoot in inclement weather.
This is an intermediate level course. You must be able to achieve 80% IPSC A zone (6"x11") hits at 7 yards to attend. Distances shot range from 7 to 30 yards. Limited to 10 students.
