Well that's a record (for me). Still getting the 30 day letters every month?

Seems to be no rhyme nor reason. I have heard of people recently getting approved in as little as 9 months, and others waiting 18. 14 seemed to be the average up until about February. You'd think with the applications slowing down that the CCLRB could catch up.

Something really really needs to be done to spank Tom Dart and or the CCLRB... or just do away with the whole friggin CCLRB. A right delayed is a right denied.

Need to do away with the LEO objection portal. Either you qualify per the law or you don't.

If I remember correctly someone stated that about 85% of the objections have be overturned. My question is out of the remaining objections, how many of those would have resulted in a denial based on the ISPs background checks. ???????

If someone is denied by the ISP due to bad information that has not been verified and an appeal is filed, then and only then should the CCLRB be used.

Maybe the ISP will revoke his FOID for the domestic incident at his house last month...

KARMA !!

You mean the potentially two episodes that they were talking about on Second City Cop?

It seems that there may have been one sometime before October 12, and a second incident on October 17. To wit:

There’s multiple confirmed reports from Sheriff’s Police Officers of a SECOND Domestic Battery altercation this past Tuesday the 17th between Dart, his wife & a Director at the jail that Dart is engaging in sexual activity with. Sources are saying Sheriff’s Police Officers refused to stay quiet about this and multiple reports were made to OPR due to them afraid of being caught up in these cover ups.

Here is another link that discusses the alleged incident:
