This is the same state that used a firebombed while serving a raid, missed their intended target, accidentally burned down a city block, and killed 11 citizens (5 were children. They will not give us courtesy or the time of day, nor will they listen to our logical arguments. There is no debate anymore. The lines are drawn. They are bought and paid for and will do whatever their Bloomberg dollars tells them to do. Writing letters? Pointless. Phone calls? Almost as pointless. Engaging in public? Good, because you can get them caught up on their own words and record it and spread it (exposing them).
These politicians are NOT the same as the ones 20-30 years ago. They will not compromise (they give something and we give something). They want our rights and they will not quit until they win

The worst part is that the zombie sheep keep voting these corrupt bought and paid for puppets into office. waking the brain dead is almost impossible, the majority of Illinois FOID card holders and gun owners are a great example.

I refer to them as Millionaires Against Lawful Guns, but the sentiment is the same.
You will not 'rise to the occasion', you will default to your level of training - plan accordingly.
Despite their rallying around us at election time, honoring only 8 hours of Illinois' 40+ hour law enforcement class towards a 16 hour requirement shows the contempt that our elected officials hold us in.

Look at this interview with National School Safety Officer and former Florida State Trooper Wolfgang Halbig who gave a safety assessment to Stoneman Douglass high school before the shooting and he exposes what happened there
